Shift: 4/10, 1st Shift

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Support the production of electromechanical subassemblies.

Hands-on experience with IPC-620 standards and the ability to perform self-inspections, follow detailed work instructions, and interpret technical drawings.

Mechanical and electrical assembly experience including proper torque application and cable routing is essential to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED require

Proficient with IPC-620 standards, including:

Crimping open and closed barrel terminals

Coax assemblies (e.g., BNCs, Virginia Panel, Mac Panel)

Soldering techniques, including solder sleeves, daisy chains, and splices

Ability to perform self-inspections (understand accept/reject criteria)

Mechanical and electrical subassembly experience

Understanding of torque application (tool setup and usage)

Cable routing: bend radius, service loops, and proper wire dressing

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
