JOB TITLE: Conformal Coating Technician
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $18/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Monday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM EST (Overtime available on weekends)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Read and interpret blueprints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios

Operate various dispensing and coating machines according to specifications

Mask/tape circuit boards to protect areas from coating or potting

Inspect assemblies for proper coverage and quality

Perform touch-ups on missed areas and remove excess coating

Maintain, clean, and replenish coating/dispensing machines

Perform encapsulation and finishing of discrete assemblies

Handle and apply potting, bonding, and coating compounds, lubricants, spray coats, and insulation

Replenish chemicals, solvents, and process fluids as needed

Transport circuit boards and materials between work areas

Maintain clean and safe work environment through general housekeeping

Complete required Specific Function Training courses

Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

The ideal candidate for this position will have an artistic background and a strong attention to detail for example, individuals with experience in nail artistry, graphic design, or creating car wraps.

Knowledge of various materials used.

Must complete applicable Specific Function Training courses.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
