JOB TITLE: Product Data Management Specialist
LOCATION: Altus AFB, OK
PAY RATE: $41/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Develop and manage simulator training schedules

Coordinate with instructors, students, and support personnel

Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently

Maintain accurate scheduling records using the Training Management System (TMS)

Register and schedule students and instructors

Build and update weekly training schedules to ensure full coverage of training operations

Perform daily updates to account for changes in conditions or training completion rates

Coordinate with the Air Force scheduling office for flying schedules and continuation training

Track student graduations and report outcomes to management

Schedule creation and maintenance

Communicating updates and changes to relevant stakeholders

Tracking training completion and scheduling performance

Reporting on scheduling effectiveness and student outcomes

Requirements:

Typically acquired through an Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education

2 years of relevant work experience.

Previous scheduling experience

Experience working in a customer-focused environment

Strong communication and coordination skills

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
