Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $48.46  per hour (WA)

Advance Aerospace Production with SAP S/4HANA Expertise

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Systems and Data Analyst to support high-impact SAP S/4HANA projects for a leading aerospace client. In this role, you’ll leverage your SAP Production Planning expertise to optimize critical aerospace production operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams (business SMEs, architects, developers, vendors)

  • Design and implement SAP Production Planning solutions across full-cycle configuration and integration

  • Translate functional specifications into application design documents and coordinate ABAP development

  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and unit/integration testing

  • Handle WRICEF object development and support SAP Project Systems

  • Utilize SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate methodologies for project delivery

  • Manage SAP PP configurations, materials master, MRP, BOMs, routing, capacity planning, and production strategies

  • Resolve issues during testing cycles through root cause analysis and solution implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years’ experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), with at least 8 years in SAP PP consulting

  • Experience with S/4HANA full life cycle implementation

  • Strong knowledge of aerospace/defense industry business environments (preferred)

  • Proficiency in:

    • Material master, MRP types, BOMs, routing, capacity planning, and SAP FIORI apps

    • Advanced planning procedures and configuration

    • SAP PP configurations and production strategies

    • SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reporting

    • Interfaces and SAP integration with sales, procurement, costing, quality, and plant maintenance

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
     

    Desired Skills:

    • Deep understanding of discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes

    • Knowledge of ECM/OCM/batch handling and serial number management

    • SAP PPDS and Quality Management familiarity

    • Experience with SAP Project Systems and S/4HANA innovations

    • SAP PS or S/4HANA certifications (preferred)

    Pay Details: $48.46 per hour
