Summary:

Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in driving awareness, user adoption, and change acceptance related to enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, end-user communications, and support for various change management activities such as:

Change impact analysis

Stakeholder analysis

Role mapping

Survey creation, deployment, and analysis

Training development and delivery based on feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree required

Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement

Proven project leadership experience

Ability to develop and execute strategic change management plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear messaging

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with ADKAR methodology or similar change management practices

Experience supporting ERP system implementations; SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
