Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Schedule: 4/9/4 (Mon Thu: 9 hrs, Fri: 4 hrs | 7:00 AM 4:30 PM Mon Thu, 7:00 AM 11:00 AM Fri)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design and improve manufacturing processes and production layouts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives

Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production planning

Evaluate performance of machinery and tools; identify and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality

Provide design input to engineering teams to optimize manufacturability and equipment use

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Apply Lean Manufacturing principles; Green Belt certification or knowledge preferred

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

At least 1 year of relevant industrial experience; 2 3 years preferred

Self-starter with strong initiative and teamwork skills

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles a plus

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
