Summary:

Supporting users with Jupyter notebooks, DataStage, Python, R scripts, APIs, GitLab, deployments, and job execution.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as system errors, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate closely with internal platform and engineering teams to drive resolutions and enhance the overall customer experience.

Provide expert-level support for IBM Watson Studio users

Troubleshoot issues related to notebooks, DataStage, deployments, APIs, and integration tools

Identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions

Collaborate with platform teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improve support workflows

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and watsonx.ai

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
