PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Data Shop Floor Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with our aviation industry client in Wichita, KS. In this vital role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by managing large-scale employee labor data and maintaining critical aircraft documentation. What You’ll Do

• Manage and process employee timecards and labor entries for over 1,000 employees using AutoTime.

• Maintain and organize aircraft build records, departmental files, and essential documentation.

• Accurately enter discrepancies and corrective actions on word cards in a timely manner.

• Support shift supervisors with dock setup, work assignment coordination, and operations card preparation.

• Maintain arrival/departure boards, tool calibration records, tally sheets, and sign-out logs.

• Prepare and deliver final work packages for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in maintaining the Quality Control library, manuals, and aircraft process files.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of general office experience, ideally in a manufacturing or aviation setting.

• Experience with AutoTime or similar labor/time tracking systems.

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of employee data (1,000+ accounts).

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with a minimum of 90% accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other database or spreadsheet tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or shop floor environments.

• Background in aviation, aerospace, or defense industry operations.
