PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Autotime Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with our aviation industry client in Wichita, KS. In this vital role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by managing large-scale employee labor data and maintaining critical aircraft documentation. In This Role, You Will:

• Keep employee profiles in Auto Time accurate and up to date.

• Partner with supervisors weekly to review, correct, and approve timecards.

• Reconcile payroll for direct employees and process contractor payroll, ensuring agencies receive timely and accurate information.

• Submit agency invoices internally for approval and payment.

• Perform monthly PTO/vacation reconciliations to prevent overuse.

• Provide leadership with weekly reports on overtime, absenteeism, and exceptions.

• Train new hires—especially supervisors and managers—on system best practices.

• Support CASRA audits by delivering payroll reports for roughly 10 audits per year.

• Offer expert guidance to employees and managers for efficient system use.

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to lead professional meetings.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, confidentially, and with precision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), email, and web-based applications.

• Experience reconciling labor hours across AutoTime, SAP, and Maximo.
