PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a skilled Maintenance Program Analyst to support MH-139 helicopter maintenance operations at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY. In this role, your work will directly improve aircraft availability, streamline maintenance operations, and support mission-critical aviation programs.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Program Analyst, you’ll analyze operational data, track aircraft performance, and optimize maintenance scheduling and documentation. Your work will help ensure MH-139 helicopters remain mission-ready while maintaining compliance with FAA, OEM, and Air Force regulations.

Position Details

• Location: Cheyenne, WY (100% onsite)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

• Starting Pay : $41.10 - $44.00 /hour

• Job Type: Full-time Consultant (12 Months)

• This position requires a Security Clearance.
   

What You’ll Do

• Capture, analyze, and report key maintenance metrics (aircraft utilization, scheduling effectiveness, mean time between failures, etc.)

• Manage MH-139 historical maintenance records and documentation

• Use IMDS and GOLDesp systems to plan and forecast maintenance and inspections

• Coordinate flight schedules with customer and maintenance control teams

• Develop and maintain inspection flow plans and maintenance trackers

• Assist teams with forms, data requests, and parts tracking for future full kitting requirements

• Support development of MH-139 dashboards with relevant data insights

• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all maintenance documentation

• Regularly report data insights to site leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the aerospace, airline, or industrial sector using data analytics

• 3+ years’ experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Background in aircraft structures, mechanical/electrical integration, or composites assembly

• Experience supporting military aircraft and/or helicopter operations
