MH-139 Maintenance Program Analyst

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and maintain performance metrics, including Aircraft Scheduling Effectiveness, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), utilization, quality first pass yield, and various logistics KPIs.

Research and compile detailed reports for site manager review and submission.

Monitor historical digital and forms-based maintenance documentation (FAA/Military), ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Conduct database queries and forecast inspection/maintenance schedules using IMDS and GOLDesp systems.

Coordinate with customers and maintenance teams to manage Sortie Flight Schedules in alignment with the Flying Hour Program.

Streamline and improve documentation processes, including maintenance inspection worksheets and local panel sheets.

Create and maintain inspection flow plans and trackers to measure progress against maintenance goals.

Support internal staff and customers with data requests and technical documentation using IMDS and GOLDesp.

Collaborate with logistics teams to forecast and trend parts needs for full kitting.

Contribute to the development of the MH-139 maintenance dashboard through data analysis and visualization.

Build and maintain forms and the master inventory of site-specific maintenance documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the airline, aerospace, or related industrial sectors with a focus on data analytics.

3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and logistics teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in mechanical, electrical, aircraft structures, or composite manufacturing environments.

Previous experience supporting military aircraft, preferably helicopters (MH-139 or similar platforms).

Education/Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience.

Equivalent combinations (e.g., Master’s degree + 4 years’ experience or 10+ years of direct experience) will also be considered.
