PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated Stockroom Operations Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll help power the aerospace industry by managing critical inventory and materials essential to building aircraft systems.

About the Role

As part of our supply chain team, you’ll handle incoming materials, track inventory, support shipping/receiving, and ensure every component is where it needs to be—helping production stay on schedule and quality remain high.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store aerospace materials and parts

• Use material handling tools and packaging equipment

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment according to orders

• Process inventory transactions using computer systems

• Support cycle counts, inventory control, and recordkeeping

• Package and label products to strict handling standards

• Assist with shipping/receiving, customer service window, and material requisitions

• Follow safety and material handling protocols

• Perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of stockroom, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience

• Basic math and reading skills

• Good computer skills and ability to use inventory software

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Ability to work physically (lifting, standing, reaching)
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments

• Ability to operate lifting equipment (preferred, not required)

• Job Type: Full-Time Contract (24 Months)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

• Pay Rate: $19.41- $20.00 per hour

Steel-toed shoes required on day one.
