Role Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies, refine designs, and optimize production processes for cutting-edge aerospace products. Your work will ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance at every stage of manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
Lead Integrated Product Teams to analyze designs and develop production/tooling strategies
Manage material flow and oversee manufacturing plan optimization
Create clear, accurate work instructions to guide production teams
Conduct producibility and variation analysis to ensure process capability
Resolve complex manufacturing and technical issues
Guide and mentor junior engineers
Apply Lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency
Support research for new products and business opportunities
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
9+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or equivalent education/experience
Experience with material management and work instruction creation
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
Preferred:
Prior experience in aerospace production environments
Strong background in Lean Enterprise methodologies
ABET-accredited engineering education (preferred but not required)

Pay Details: $68.34 per hour
