Research and analyze technical data to optimize product effectiveness across lifecycle phases
Apply systems engineering methods to develop architectures, requirements, and designs
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and internal safety/airworthiness procedures
Collaborate across engineering, management, and suppliers to meet program goals
Perform technical planning and risk analysis
Train and mentor team members on safety and airworthiness processes
Maintain and enhance documentation, processes, and tools
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, IT, science, or a related field
Strong experience in business process consulting, problem-solving, and process design
Javascript programming experience
10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ODA procedures and FAA certification processes
Experience using Safety and Airworthiness (SAW) processes
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and SharePoint
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Starting pay: $63.04 per hour
