Drive Customer Success in Aerospace PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist to join our Phoenix MRO team. In this role, you’ll manage critical customer accounts and support repair operations that keep aircraft flying safely. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure seamless customer service across commercial and military orders.
What You’ll Do:
Manage high-volume customer orders (150+ daily).
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customer interactions.
Handle repair order processing: quoting, invoicing, and acknowledgments.
Interpret and execute customer contractual requirements.
Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery and avoid financial penalties.
Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with critical thinking skills.
Experience with customer service and account management.
High-volume data entry and transaction processing.
Bachelors Degree
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
SAP experience.
Familiarity with U.S. Government Repair Contracts (FARs, DFARs).
Knowledge of CAV and PIEE systems.
