At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to support high-impact aerospace projects. This role focuses on creating and managing integrated schedules that ensure mission-critical programs stay on track and deliver results.

About the Role:

As a Project Management Specialist, you’ll develop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules supporting aerospace operations. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll analyze performance data, generate “what-if” scenarios, and build mitigation plans that directly influence project outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules in alignment with industry standards.

• Support Project Managers with schedule analysis, performance tracking, and risk assessment.

• Generate "what-if" scenarios and recovery plans as project needs evolve.

• Lead studies and data analysis (trend, variance, impact) to assess project constraints and improvement opportunities.

• Track and report metrics, communicate project updates, and manage change activities throughout project life cycles.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to support project leadership decisions.

• Act as primary point of contact for key stakeholders, gathering requirements and aligning objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

• Proven ability to develop and manage baseline schedules for complex projects.

• Strong background in resource-loaded scheduling and earned value management systems (EVMS).

• Proficient with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Milestone Professional.

• Prior experience leading project teams.

• This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent education and work history.

• Agile and JIRA experience.

• Early development program experience.

• Current, in-scope CI polygraph.
