At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a detail-driven Project Management Specialist to support critical tooling scheduling and integrated planning for aerospace production programs. This role offers the chance to directly impact the manufacturing lifecycle of leading aerospace technologies.

Position Overview:

As a Project Management Specialist, you will coordinate and maintain integrated schedules to support program goals, track tooling orders, and help drive cross-functional planning. Collaborating with operations, engineering, finance, and program leadership, you’ll ensure projects stay aligned, on schedule, and on target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for programs, tooling, and production activities.

• Perform risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and support business case refinement.

• Build and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using tools like MS Project.

• Track tooling orders and align production activities across programs using MRP and demand systems.

• Analyze performance metrics, identify schedule variances, and drive recovery planning.

• Partner with tooling managers, engineers, and finance to align schedules with operational needs.

• Produce reports and analytics that guide project decisions and mitigate downstream risks.

• Ensure disciplined revision control of all planning and schedule baselines.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, collaboration, and data analytics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business analysis.

• Ability to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams and levels.

• Adaptability in fast-paced, production-focused environments.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with supply chain, production management, or program/project management.

• Knowledge of MRP systems or other demand planning tools.

• Background in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
