Summary:
Support the integration and testing of internally developed and COTS/GOTS hardware/software systems.
Planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive test strategies while working across multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules
Integrate components, subsystems, and systems; resolve hardware/software interface issues
Define input/output parameters and functional/technical specifications
Analyze test data and create system-level evaluation reports
Document and resolve discrepancies; perform regression testing
Coordinate test efforts across internal programs and organizations
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
9+ years of professional experience
Expertise in RF/Microwave systems and electrical measurement methods
Skilled in troubleshooting complex systems across software, instrumentation, and hardware
Proficient in engineering documentation (assembly/block diagrams, parts lists)
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action (CAPA)
Familiarity with deriving test requirements from system specifications
Strong collaborator and effective communicator across multiple teams and disciplines
Skilled in delivering technical presentations and trade studies
Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports, plans, and documentation
Experience developing and maintaining code in NI LabVIEW and/or TestStand
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
