JOB TITLE: Software Engineer - Fusion or Radar
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
PAY RATE: Up to $140/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design, develop, and integrate real-time embedded software for radar-based sensor fusion applications

Develop and implement sensor modes and fusion algorithms

Support the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, integration, and testing

Participate in software and design reviews

Work in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance Required (with investigation within the last 5 years or CE enrollment; Special Access required to start

Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

10+ years of embedded C++ development

10+ years of algorithm implementation and verification (MATLAB preferred)

5+ years of experience in one of the following (required):

Fusion development / Kalman Filter application

Radar development / integration

5+ years of experience with Visual Studio

5+ years of experience in Windows or Linux environments

Proficiency in C, C++, and MATLAB

Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) experience (Windows & Linux)

Experience with software requirements, design, and integration

Experience with Agile software development

Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Strong understanding of AESA radar systems

Background in radar mode development, tracking algorithms, and signal processing

Aircraft tracker development and Kalman filtering techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Adaptability in dynamic environments

Ownership of tasks with attention to detail and quality

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
