Lead Critical MH-139 Aircraft Maintenance Operations!
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Control Representative to support the MH-139 program at FE Warren Air Force Base. This role offers the opportunity to directly coordinate and certify critical maintenance efforts, ensuring the readiness and safety of mission-essential aircraft!
Coordinate, plan, and supervise maintenance and repair activities for MH-139 aircraft.
Oversee aircraft release and ensure operational readiness.
Manage maintenance control responsibilities, including Aircraft/Engine Logbook certifications.
Supervise maintenance teams across rotating shifts to meet flight schedules.
Perform aircraft inspections and certify that maintenance meets required standards.
Collaborate closely with teams to prioritize workloads and maintain project schedules.
Document and manage Exceptional Release processes.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to coordinate maintenance activities.
Travel as required for detachments.
Ensure compliance with military directives (AFI 21-101 and related protocols).
This position requires a Security Clearance
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience in configuration management and flight release.
5+ years in operational/organizational aircraft maintenance or flight operations.
O-level maintenance experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) as operational needs require.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional Release or “Safe for Flight” certification.
MH-139 or AW139 aircraft systems experience.
Experience supporting military aircraft maintenance.
Deep familiarity with AFI 21-101, 781 Aircraft Forms, and associated protocols.
Experience working in challenging environments, including exposure to noise, dust, and extreme temperatures.
