What You’ll Do:
As an Aircraft Structural Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and performance of elite aircraft. You’ll work on a variety of complex structural and mechanical tasks with a team that values quality and precision.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft
Installing and removing aircraft components
Performing minor repairs on composite structures and components
Fabricating or modifying aircraft parts and conducting structural modifications
Supporting complex structural repairs both on and off aircraft
Operating ground support equipment
Performing mechanical and electrical installations/removals
Completing documentation in compliance with manuals and regulations
Participating in safety initiatives, 5S activities, and adhering to general work and environmental health/safety requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
2–4 years of aircraft structural sheet metal repair/modification experience (or equivalent)
Completion of sheet metal A/C Tech school or similar training
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Personal hand tools with demonstrated ability to maintain inventory/control
Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable)
Basic computer literacy

Pay Details: $28.00 to $45.00 per hour
