Shape Strategic Operations in the Aerospace Sector
At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a detail-driven PMO - Analyst to support financial, compliance, and reporting excellence in the aerospace industry. In this role, your analytical skills will directly influence global trade processes and compliance standards, supporting cross-functional teams and leadership decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain budget analysis and reporting tools for department leaders.

• Analyze internal financial statements and investigate key budget variances.

• Train and support stakeholders on reporting tools and processes.

• Document processes thoroughly and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the Global Trade Customs Team in generating customs reporting and metrics.

• Analyze import/export activity, ensuring accurate customs records.

• Collaborate across departments to resolve compliance issues and optimize reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Keen attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and complex tasks.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Experience:

• Background in import/export, logistics, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding.

• Exposure to process improvement initiatives within finance or trade compliance functions.
