PAY RATE: Up to $18/hour

Summary:
Support manufacturing and final assembly processes for electronic systems.
Hands-on assembly, testing, and preparation of units for customer delivery.
Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
Assemble and populate electronic subassemblies
Route cables and perform continuity and resistance checks
Conduct pressure, Hi-Pot, and impedance tests
Prepare units for customer delivery
Support customer and quality inspections
Follow engineering drawings, electronic work instructions, and written/verbal guidance
Torque wrenches and small hand tools
Hand trucks and specialized test equipment (e.g., pressure test stations, Hi-Pot testers)
Work with chemicals including epoxies, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and other corrosive materials
Adhere to ESD safety protocols and use required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, ESD wrist straps)
Maintain accurate records including timekeeping and safety training
Comply with manufacturing floor safety and quality standards
Access and follow digital work instructions
Log discrepancies and production issues
Record labor time and task status
Communicate via email with team members and management
This position may require overtime, including weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have relevant work experience
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
