Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (5-Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $70.59 – $84.68 per hour

Ignite Innovation in Aerospace Manufacturing Technology

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Architecture professional to help support and scale a key component of the aerospace industry’s digital manufacturing backbone. In this hybrid role based in Tukwila, WA, you’ll contribute to the foundational infrastructure behind the Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)—the central nervous system powering aerospace production pipelines. This is a rare opportunity to shape how advanced commercial aircraft are built.

What You’ll Do

• Build and configure WebSphere environments on new hardware to support application development and production needs

• Guide development teams on best practices to ensure high availability, resilience, and performance

• Support the full system lifecycle from development through to production go-live

• Lead and participate in system troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements

• Establish and uphold security protocols and system integrity for WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments

• Support backend application requirements involving Oracle database systems

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Certified IBM Deployment/Administration Professional in WebSphere

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) development, configuration, deployment, and administration

• Demonstrated experience supporting high-performance infrastructure environments

• Strong technical communication skills, initiative, and the ability to collaborate in a team-driven culture

• Regular and predictable attendance is required
