In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials that keep production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Pick, pack, and ship materials to support production and customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
What You Bring Basic Qualifications:
Ability to lift 30+ lbs frequently.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
0–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through our Subcontractor Bonus Program
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days (must qualify for 14-day bonus)

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
