About the Role

As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and network components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring teams, resolving technical challenges, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system requirements, verification, and validation for Military Environmental Control Systems (per ARP4754)

• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities and architecture development

• Oversee integration of control systems and test equipment

• Troubleshoot field issues and lead resolution efforts

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, project managers, and customers

• Present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences

• Support continuous improvement and innovation across engineering functions

What We’re Looking For

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering

• Strong knowledge of system requirements and V&V processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
