At PDS Tech Commercial, we know our people are our power. We’re seeking a highly motivated Compensation Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This pivotal role supports the compensation function across multiple U.S. locations, helping ensure competitive, equitable pay structures and continuously improving internal processes that support a high-performing workforce.
What You’ll Do
As a Compensation Coordinator, you will:
Job Evaluation (30%)
Review job descriptions and support market analysis to determine appropriate salary grades and ranges
Partner with Compensation Analysts to assess roles for internal equity and market competitiveness
Compensation Administration (60%)
Assist in developing, improving, and documenting compensation-related processes
Support salary survey submissions and compensation data audits
Manage job codes and descriptions in Workday and other internal tools
Coordinate quarterly production bonuses and handle routine compensation requests
Monitor and manage the compensation mailbox and related queries
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
Support HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Help document compensation procedures and maintain consistent standards
What You Bring to the Team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2+ years of professional-level HR experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in compensation, job evaluation, or HR analytics
Familiarity with salary surveys and market analysis tools
Previous work in a manufacturing or production-focused environment
Knowledge of Workday or job classification systems a plus
