We are hiring Electrical Test and Failure Analysis Technicians to support a global leader in smart networks, AI, and cloud computing. What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement comprehensive test environments and procedures for PCBA products
Manage and optimize SMT production line test capacity
Program and maintain testing equipment
Conduct thorough failure analysis and implement corrective actions
Monitor and improve testing station performance metrics
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for test equipment
Schedule Details
All shifts available — greatest need is on 2nd and 3rd shift (10 percent shift differential)

What You Bring
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred
2 to 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and testing required
Familiarity with SMT processes and advanced test systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Experience in a 24/7 facility or GMP-regulated environment is a plus

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
