JOB TITLE: Sr. Software Engineer - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Littleton, CO - Onsite 3 days/week (Telework < 50%)
PAY RATE: Up to $85/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Schedule: 4/10, 1st Shift

Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain a clearance

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software in support of telemetry and ground systems

Troubleshoot and resolve software anomalies

Collaborate with team members to meet long-term project objectives

Provide support to lab users and assist in data analysis

Contribute to Agile and DevOps processes

Requirements:

Must have the ability to obtain a clearance

Bachelor s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

Expertise in C++

Strong experience with Linux environments

Knowledge of telemetry systems and data processing

Experience in anomaly investigation and resolution

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

Effective verbal and written communication

Willingness to provide off-hours support as needed

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting

Background in satellite operations

Familiarity with voice and network communications

Proficient in Java, Python, and bash/csh scripting

Experience with Big Data platforms

Knowledge of OSComet

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies

Ability to assist with data analysis and lab user support

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
