About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment and components. Your work will directly support production and operational efficiency, ensuring that systems run smoothly and meet performance standards. You’ll follow established procedures, collaborate with your team, and play a vital role in delivering quality and reliability.
What You’ll Do
Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
Identify worn or malfunctioning parts and place orders for replacements.
Follow detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report to supervisors and work under direct supervision.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in a related field.
Familiarity with standard mechanical practices and procedures.
Ability to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to machinery, chemicals, or other physical risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a mechanical specialty.
Experience in assembly or maintenance roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
