PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Circuit Board Testing Technicians to support cutting-edge projects in the aerospace industry. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity where your focus on detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the reliability of mission-critical aerospace systems.

About the Role

As a Circuit Board Testing Technician, you’ll work on-site in Lenexa, KS in either 1st Shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Thurs) or 2nd Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri). In this role, you'll test, troubleshoot, and help ensure the performance of complex electronic circuit boards used in aerospace applications.

This is a 6-month consulting position with weekly pay and a $6,000 retention and sign-on bonus package!

 What You’ll Be Doing Daily

• Perform manual and automated testing of circuit boards

• Plug in and inspect components with precision and care

• Troubleshoot faulty boards and rework components as needed

• Develop or follow test plans and procedures

• Build test fixtures and generate test reports

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure quality standards are met

 What You Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience or training in basic electronics, testing, or production environments

• Keen attention to detail and steady hands for component handling

• Ability to follow technical instructions and meet quality standards
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred:

• Prior experience with PCB testing or rework

• Familiarity with automated test equipment

• Basic soldering or component-level troubleshooting skills
