As a Customer Resolution Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing critical customer interactions and ensuring the seamless delivery of aircraft spare parts. Your work ensures that aircraft stay in the air, helping people connect across the globe.
Your Mission: What You'll Do Daily
Order Processing (60%)
Handle customer orders, quotations, sourcing escalations, backorders, and logistics for aircraft parts (including competitor parts).
Provide timely, accurate information on part availability, cost, shipping, returns, and delivery timelines.
Ensure all steps of the order life cycle are completed to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Relationship Building (20%)
Build rapport with customers across the Americas, emphasizing reliability and responsiveness.
Guide customers to appropriate parts or solutions, ensuring their needs are fully met.
Represent the company’s commitment to world-class service and customer satisfaction.
Technical & Sales Support (10%)
Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support account reconciliations and reduce outstanding debt.
Respond to technical inquiries by consulting documentation and coordinating with internal technical and engineering teams.
Your Boarding Pass: Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Associate’s degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2+ years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Strong PC skills with intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a moderately active physical setting.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the aviation industry or a military support environment.
Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
