PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Associate Support Integration Specialist to support government aerospace training systems, including Apache platforms, with the potential to expand into programs such as F-15. This role ensures critical defense systems remain operational and ready by linking engineering data with logistics and support infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and execute logistics work statements

• Manage and monitor development of support engineering data (provisioning)

• Maintain spare hardware requirements and oversee Return of Repairable (ROR) processes

• Develop and maintain technical documentation in compliance with contract data requirements

• Assist in identifying and addressing hardware obsolescence issues

• Support integrated product teams with logistics planning and execution

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients

• Create and maintain operational procedures for inventory control, spares management, and ROR tracking

Qualifications

Required:

• This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or support engineering

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

• Background in aviation or aerospace support

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Familiarity with provisioning tools (e.g., SLICwave)

• Experience using CMPRO, BESSy, and GOLDesp

• Military background or experience supporting military systems
