PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Logistics Integration Specialist to support advanced military training systems in a high-impact logistics and support planning role. You will be part of a team that ensures mission-critical aviation systems—such as Apache and F-15 training platforms—remain supported, supplied, and ready for operation. This is a hands-on, detail-focused opportunity for logistics professionals who want to build their career in the aerospace and defense industry.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, logistics, and support teams to manage the flow of parts, systems, and technical data that keep platforms mission-ready:

• Estimate, plan, and execute logistics work statements

• Support the development of integrated support data and provisioning plans

• Track and manage spare hardware requirements

• Maintain and update documentation according to Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)

• Assist in managing hardware obsolescence and Return of Repairable (ROR) components

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external clients

• Develop and implement operational procedures for spares management, inventory control, and ROR

This position is 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO, and requires U.S. Citizenship for security clearance eligibility.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or related support roles

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

• Experience working in collaborative team environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in the aviation or aerospace industry

• Experience with project coordination or logistics project management

• Familiarity with provisioning tools such as SLICwave

• Knowledge of systems like CMPRO, BESSy, or GOLDesp

• Prior military experience or experience supporting military logistics systems
