Description: PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Materials Scheduler to join our production team. In this critical role, you’ll manage the flow of materials and production schedules to ensure we meet customer demands with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Do
Oversee forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes
Collaborate daily with operations, procurement, and logistics teams
Review order quantities and inventory needs 1–3 weeks in advance
Analyze material levels and finished goods to plan production 2–16 weeks out
Communicate material needs to procurement and align with production capacity
Set and track targets for production planning and scheduling metrics
Assist production management in prioritizing and directing assembly operations
Enhance and maintain SOPs for inventory tracking and reporting
Coordinate with sales to align production with contract volumes
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in manufacturing operations
Develop structured forecasting systems using historical and real-time data
Monitor material flow and proactively address shortages or bottlenecks
Generate reports on production performance and inventory trends
What You Bring
Experience with SAP ERP or equivalent systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Smartsheet
Strong communication skills in technical and cross-functional environments
High attention to detail and accuracy in data and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Pay Details: $24.76 per hour
