LOCATION: Maxwell AFB, AL
PAY RATE: $34/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Flexible primarily 2nd shift (5 PM 1 AM), with potential to support 3rd and 4th shifts as business needs evolve. Contractor must accommodate shift changes.

Travel: Limited domestic travel (2-3 hours) may be required occasionally to pick up materials. Candidate must be able to travel if needed.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Manage warehouse storage, inspection, and organization of MH-139 program parts and equipment

Coordinate supply chain activities with suppliers, maintenance teams, and stakeholders

Maintain accurate inventory records using Government Online Database (GOLD); conduct audits and manage replenishment

Provide timely customer service for logistics inquiries and issue resolution

Drive continuous improvement to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce costs

Apply logistics and supply chain expertise to support warehouse and program operations

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience (e.g., Master s + 1 year, or 7 years experience)

Secret clearance required post-start.

Minimum 3 years logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in military aviation

Proficient in inventory management systems, especially GOLD

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work onsite full-time at Maxwell AFB, AL

Willing and able to deploy/travel on short notice (domestic/international); failure to do so may be considered resignation

Willing and able to relocate as needed; refusal may be considered resignation

U.S. citizenship required for security clearance

Preferred Skills:

Experience in military aviation logistics or supply operations

Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)

Familiarity with government contracting and logistics compliance
