Summary:
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural, mechanical, and aircraft systems using manual tools and techniques.
This includes functional testing, troubleshooting, and fault repair of electrical systems.
Assemble structural and mechanical subassemblies and systems.
Perform functional testing and troubleshoot aircraft electrical systems.
Document test and analysis results to verify compliance.
Identify and escalate production constraints and roadblocks.
Support team success through cross-training and mentoring.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Vocational training or associate degree preferred.
Role is non-managerial and non-leadership.
1+ years in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
1+ years in electrical assembly or electronic materials handling.
1+ years troubleshooting avionics systems and installing wire bundles.
1+ years reading/interpreting blueprints and following detailed work instructions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, internet navigation, and related software tools.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
Able to work variable shifts as needed.
Physically capable of: bending, kneeling, standing, climbing, crawling, crouching, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
