PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented FAA Senior Quality Engineer to support FAA-regulated operations. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product reliability in a repair station environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and establish quality assurance testing models for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, including Part 145, AS9100, and other industry standards

• Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to safety and quality protocols

• Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability

• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to resolve quality and safety concerns

• Exercise independent judgment and creativity in planning and executing quality initiatives

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within an FAA-regulated environment

• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 and AS9100 standards

• Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions

• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with post-audit follow-up and regulatory reporting

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in aerospace or aviation manufacturing
