Note: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Summary:
Analyze complex engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements, procedures, and instructions.
Influence product designs and processes to enhance supportability and maintainability.
Develop and apply fault isolation procedures and techniques.
Create systems theory descriptions to ensure common understanding of systems and components.
Conduct engineering analyses to verify the accuracy of maintenance and repair data.
Support the development and review of logistics support documentation, including:
Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP)
Product Support Analysis Plans (PSAP)
Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD)
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Other Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA) documents
Provide technical solutions to customers and evaluate maintenance operations.
Develop user procedures and techniques for product maintenance and repair.
Participate in industry-related organizational activities.
Utilize desktop tools to gather, analyze, and report data.
Collaborate closely with program management and engineering teams.
Lead or participate in in-person and virtual working group meetings.
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.
Manage work within budget and schedule constraints.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
Collaborate across teams to reach mutually acceptable decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
1 2 years of experience interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and/or process specifications.
1 2 years of experience working with aircraft technical manuals and familiarity with Technical Orders or equivalent systems.
Experience interpreting engineering data and using Technical Orders for military aircraft maintenance.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related technical field.
Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), LSA, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-HDBK-502A.
Proficiency in LSA software tools such as Slicwave, EAGLE, PowerLog, or Compass.
Familiarity with military and commercial maintenance publications (ICA, overhaul manuals, T.O.s, wiring diagrams, etc.).
Experience with systems such as Radar, Avionics, Mission Computers, Comm/NAV, Power Plant, Hydraulics, Electrical & Environmental.
Understanding of airworthiness certification requirements (commercial or military).
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Proficient in reviewing military work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Strong systems-thinking ability: understands cross-functional impacts and systems interdependencies.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with cost account or project engineering management.
Aircraft experience with B-52 Bomber or AWACS platforms.
