This position is available as a contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time direct placement (direct hire is preferred).

Contract-to-hire: Estimated 3 6 month duration before potential conversion to permanent.

Contract-only: Temporary support until a permanent solution is identified.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with recent Mastercam programming experience to support machining operations by writing and troubleshooting CNC programs for 3-4 axis mills.

Create CNC programs using Mastercam for 3-4 axis milling operations

Troubleshoot programming issues directly on the shop floor

Review and interpret engineering prints, GD&T, and tolerances

Investigate and implement improvements to increase efficiency

Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience programming CNC mills (3-4 axis) using Mastercam

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to pass a background check

Understanding of engineering prints, tolerances, and GD&T

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and adaptable to new tools

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Flexible and adaptive mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience inspecting machined aluminum parts

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
