Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant | 12-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $27.51 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Customer Relations - Sales Specialist to deliver world-class customer service and drive business success within the aerospace industry. This entry-level sales role offers a unique opportunity to connect with customers around the globe, strengthen key relationships, and play a critical role in maintaining and expanding client accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer quote requests via email, phone, and online portals
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess market pricing and help secure sales
- Validate customer purchase orders against terms and pricing agreements
- Meet or exceed sales and capture targets set by management
- Build and maintain positive relationships before and after the sale to ensure repeat business
- Seek brokering opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and increase revenue
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer service

Pay Details: $27.51 per hour
