PAY RATE: $25-31/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble aircraft structures and mechanical systems per work instructions and blueprints
Install aircraft system components such as panels and fittings
Apply sealants and perform bonding and grounding tasks
Perform wash and in-tank sealing inside fuel tanks
Operate mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger lifts, snorkel lifts)
Follow strict safety protocols and compliance regulations
Work in confined spaces and complete necessary certifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; vocational or associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in assembly, mechanical, technical, or advanced manufacturing environments
Experience using and interpreting detailed technical documentation (blueprints, drawings, work instructions)
Must successfully complete screening and clearance requirements
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English
Use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools in mechanical/assembly tasks
Experience applying chemical solvents, coatings, primers, adhesives, sealants, paints, and special finishes
Perform bond and ground measurements
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other specialized applications for documentation
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces
Climbing/balancing on stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and inclined surfaces
Regular lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs
Flexibility to work any assigned shift
