Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Monday Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1st shift)

Summary:
Operate wire cutting machinery and manually cut/strip wires to specified lengths and configurations
Set up and operate label printing equipment to produce accurate labels for electrical assemblies
Inspect cut wires and printed labels to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
Package and prepare cut wires and labels for assembly and shipment
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 6S standards
Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1 2 years of experience in:
Customer service
Wire stripping, crimping, and harness print reading
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including:
Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Dimensions, tolerances, and specifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills (label printing software)
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move within the production area
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Team-oriented with a commitment to safety protocols
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with wire cutting and label printing equipment
Basic knowledge of electrical assemblies and wiring configurations
Certification in IPC or related field
Climate-controlled production area with moderate noise and occasional exposure to chemicals and electrical components
Required PPE (gloves, safety glasses) provided
Must be comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
Occasional overtime or flexible hours may be required to meet production deadlines
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
