Your Role in Aerospace Innovation

As an Assembler, you’ll be on the front lines of aircraft production—performing critical structural and mechanical assembly tasks that ensure the safety and performance of cutting-edge aerospace systems. Your precision and commitment will directly impact the success of one of the world’s most advanced aircraft programs.

 What You’ll Do

• Perform routine production assembly on structural and mechanical components.
• Read and follow detailed technical instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Apply sealants, install panels, and operate mechanical lifts.
• Work in confined spaces and perform in-tank sealing and fuel tank washing.
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to complete high-precision tasks.
• Adhere to strict safety and compliance standards.
• Rotate across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts based on business needs.

 What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience reading blueprints and following detailed work instructions.
• 6+ months of experience in a technical, mechanical, or advanced manufacturing role.
• Experience using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at various heights.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet navigation, Microsoft Suite).
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience applying chemical solvents, sealants, adhesives, and coatings.
• Prior aerospace or aircraft assembly experience.
• Flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
