PDS Tech Commercial is seeking highly skilled Assemblers to support complex aerospace manufacturing operations in North Charleston, SC. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the production of advanced aircraft systems, where your expertise will directly impact safety, performance, and innovation in the aerospace industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complex assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems and components.
• Assess and document test data to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and escalate production issues, supporting continuous improvement through open communication.
• Mentor and cross-train teammates to enhance team performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical assembly and working with electronic materials.
• 7+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications in English.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and internet-based applications.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs.
