 Your Role & Impact: 

As a Senior Engineering Technician, you'll be at the forefront of testing and troubleshooting electronics assemblies that support critical space and defense applications. You will play an essential role in executing a variety of tests—including dynamic, thermal, and functional testing—while using specialized test equipment. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and functionality of high-tech systems that make an impact on national security and space exploration. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of advanced electronics, including dynamic, thermal, and functional tests. 

• Set up, program, and operate specialized test equipment to execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs). 

• Conduct fault isolation and provide solutions to technical problems in system integration and environmental tests. 

• Follow precise test procedures and maintain detailed test logs to ensure the accuracy and quality of each test performed. 

• Communicate daily shift updates verbally and in writing to ensure seamless knowledge transfer. 

• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and standardization protocols while performing maintenance on equipment and labs. 

• Collaborate daily with engineers and other test technicians to ensure the success of test procedures. 

 Required Qualifications: 

• Associates degree, technical certification, or equivalent military training/experience in electronics. 

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an electronics discipline. 

• Expertise with General Purpose Test Equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, function generator, power supplies, DMM, logic analyzer). 

• Ability to read schematics, follow detailed procedures, and apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions with precision. 

• Willingness and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, overtime, and shift changes as needed based on business demands. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Prior military service (a plus). 

• Experience with Guidance and Navigation Electronics systems (a plus). 

• Environmental test experience (a plus).
