Supply Chain Technical Coordinator
Location: Ogden, UT
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift (9x80 A)
Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting revolutionary systems that shape the future of defense and space exploration. Your work will directly impact projects that span from stealth technology to lunar missions.
As a key member of the supply chain team, you will:
Provide administrative and technical support across supply chain logistics and operations.
Handle manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
Operate forklifts, reach lifts, and company vehicles to manage inventory.
Use SAP S4 to process goods issuing and receiving transactions.
Verify material quantities and prepare shipping documentation.
Assemble and deliver kits to the shop floor according to production schedules.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP S4 (Goods Issuing and Receiving).
Strong communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Forklift/Reach lift experience.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced SAP S4 experience.
Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
