We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday Friday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Summary:

Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products using detailed work instructions and drawings

Operate microscopes, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to ensure quality standards

Read and interpret technical documentation and assembly process instructions

Handle components ranging in size from micro to large, often using magnification

Use hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers)

Accurately document production data and maintain proper records

Collaborate with team members to support throughput and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

This is a clearance role. Candidates must be eligible to begin the interim clearance process at the time of offer

High school diploma or GED required

Basic computer skills (timekeeping, task tracking, and navigation of digital instructions)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment

Ability to learn and work to J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards

Prior experience in electrical or microelectronics assembly preferred

Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn and grow

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
