Role Summary 
As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting standardized tests on a diverse range of aviation equipment. Your meticulous recording and analysis of test results will ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Execute Tests: Perform industry-specific tests on aviation equipment, ensuring adherence to established protocols. 

• Record and Analyze: Document detailed observations and analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues. 

• Maintain Equipment: Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to guarantee accurate measurements. 

• Collaborate: Work with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and enhance equipment reliability. 

• Develop Guidelines: Contribute to the development of safety guidelines and best practices within the aviation industry. 

Qualifications 
You Must Have: 

• 1-2 years of experience in the field or a related area. 

• Knowledge of industry-specific tests and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers). 

• Experience with torque wrench use and mechanical systems. 

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. 

• Ability to work under direct supervision and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment. 

• Creativity and latitude required for problem-solving. 

• Ability to lift weights exceeding 30 lbs. and handle physical risks associated with testing.
