PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our aviation client’s growing team. About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in fueling the company’s success by sourcing and screening candidates for high-level technical roles—including mechanical, electrical, and aerospace engineering positions. You’ll be on the front lines of recruitment, partnering with internal teams to support strategic hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates aligned with technical role requirements

• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update accurate candidate records and communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position needs and recommend top talent

• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and clear communication in all candidate interactions

• Track recruiting activity metrics, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a high-volume environment

What You Bring

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (ideally in technical or engineering fields)

• Strong phone presence and excellent business communication skills

• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills

• Collaborative mindset and a passion for team success

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, and aerospace engineers

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
