PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to support a key aerospace client in the Military Landing Gear product area. This fully remote, high-impact role offers an opportunity to drive strategic financial planning and analysis at the heart of mission-critical aerospace operations. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of FP&A reports and forecast packages, highlighting variances and critical financial insights

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, SIOP, and Accounting to align forecasts with business objectives

• Support and coordinate the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes

• Provide high-level financial analysis and recommendations for leadership decision-making

• Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses in response to executive inquiries

• Leverage advanced tools including SAP, OneStream, and Excel to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy

• Translate complex data into actionable business strategies and clearly communicate financial narratives

What You Bring: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of relevant experience
  OR an advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable experience

• High-level proficiency with SAP and advanced financial systems

• Expert-level Excel skills for developing and improving reporting tools

• Proven experience developing and presenting financial forecasts, plans, and leadership reports

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management tools

• Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
